When choosing your time, please note that Nicky’s schedule shifts frequently, so if you choose a specific type of client to observe (e.g., professional athlete, client over 65, or pregnant client), there may be last-minute changes.

Nicky will do her best to inform you ahead of time, but flexibility is appreciated.

When booking your observation time, please let Nicky know if you're interested in observing a specific type of client, so she can accommodate your request if possible. This is a great opportunity for those pursuing Pilates certification or further education, as you’ll have the chance to observe Nicky in real-world settings, learning from her techniques, approaches, and interactions with clients.

Important Notes for In-Person Observation:

• No recording of any kind is allowed during the sessions. While you may take photos of the studio itself, please refrain from taking photos of clients or Nicky teaching.
• Please arrive 5 minutes before the session to avoid interrupting the ongoing class.

Important Notes for Virtual Observation:

• A Zoom link will be provided via email once your spot is confirmed.
• No screen recording or phone recording of the sessions is allowed. Please respect the client's space.
